Day 11/21. Total 18 day of no P, 58 of no PMO. Lupus feels awesome.

 

Day 3/21 to get through - this maybe hard as I almost had a wet dream last night, woke up extremely horny and really had to fight the urge to fap/ edge. If I have one this week I'm ok with it as I dont consider it a relapse
