Nature is so perfect that violating its rules without consequences is impossible. I think nature has a wonderful influence in the world, it literally controls everything that happens. A man that masturbates three times a day will surely have a shitty life, he wont be loved by his wife, his colleagues and if he get a job it will be a shitty job, he will never enjoy life if he doesnt stop. he will never know anything about the joyous animal spirit that breaths deep inside all of us. He will have a face of weakness, making him an easier victim. Thieves, criminals will always aim for the weakest so he will for sure be an offer to a crime some time in his life. It's nothing to feel bad about, its natures way of punishing him.
If a frequent masturbator ever get kids, they are most likely to be retarded, thin and weak, depressed or they will be affected with some kind of other mind disorder, and children inherit their parents sin. The bible explains this very clear, we arent just us. We are our parents too. They are so right. A person that never masturbates, never let his mind dwell upon dirty thoughts, will always, I repeat, always have a happy life. He will be gifted with the general joy to be alive, he will have a clear mind, his children will look up to him and love him, his wife be proud of him, he will have courage, a sense of justice and positive events will always seem to follow him, he has a natural luck in every aspect of life.

A person that masturbates everyday cant even look at an honest dog in the eye. Its the worst of all crimes against nature.

What shameful act would you rather be busted for? Your mother seeing you steal something, beat someone, or seeing you masturbate? This clearly shows that masturbation is a sin, moral aswell as physical.

Although i agree with you bro that masturbation is a sin because it is lust. I would disagree on the fact that masturbators have retarted children becauss thats just wrong and just used as a means to scare masturbators into not masturbating.

It's wellknown for people that seek the truth, that masturbation robs the man off his vitality and vigor, making his sperm cells less healthy, the offspring will be weaker than it would have been if the man didnt masturbate, also the offspring has a natural tendency to also get addicted to masturbation when they reach puberty.
People that are addicted to masturbation often have parents addicted to masturbation/pornography.

The children wont be born with stupidity but by becoming stupid. Because they will in many cases live their life in sin

What about people like us who have somehow controlled over their PMO habits. I don't want my future children to be involved in this :p I just want them to be very self controlled.

So true in my case. That's one of my other reasons for tackling this. I wouldn't consider myself weak at all though, but have been affected by a parent who was and is still a massive wanker. It has an affect on children, I will definitely say that. Secrecy and vice, whatever it involves affects the lives of others.

I think this thread needs a sense of proportion. PMO is worse than some other things in life - true - but there are many things worse and more damaging still than pmo in my opinion. If fapstronauts think overcoming pmo will be the golden answer to all of life's problems we are going to be disappointed. What it will do is clear our minds and way of life to help us stand back and think about the other things and put them right. It's not a magic bullet - more like an open door.

And by the way the Bible has a lot to say about lust but does not mention masturbation at all...

You post is very relevant to me as I've had other addictions and to me they dwarfed the pmo problem and plagued me for a long time. I never saw porn and masturbation as a problem until I stopped for a few days back in December last year. After a few short days of not masturbating, I recognized the same feelings and urges that I had from my previous gambling addiction.

Seeing this as an open door is what I'm doing. Working well so far.

I'm sorry to say this but this post robs me of all hope and puts me in a bad state.
Will stopping pmo ever solve all these problems?

I don't think I ever want kids like me. One miserable person is enough

Don't panic my friend. These claims are unsubstantiated. You balls produce 17,000 sperm a minute. Where the previous ones went and why is immaterial. When you shoot your load, your seed is fresh and you can father healthy kids. Also, you are not miserable dude :)

It's safe to say that, stopping PMO will greatly improve your lives. But it will take 2-3 years of complete abstinence, don't even consider masturbation. Don't ejaculate too frequently, ideally try to avoid orgasm as much as you can.

I don't see wolfs in the woods having mental problems, nor the fishes in the ocean. Humans though, we have so rich imagination, that's why we are so vulnerable to sin and violations of physical laws. That's why we have to take care of ourselve - and eachother more carefully. We cannot afford making mistakes.

Fathers that are frequent PMO'ers/masturbators are always weak. When their kids learn to see this, they disrespect their fathers, they don't look up to them. Fathers that are so weakened by P/MO will never truly feel the real joy of having a child, will never truly feel that parental instinct every father should feel. That's why families with PMO'ing fathers always have problems. The kids grow up to insecure, possible porn and fap addicts, the family is often split or at least in some degree dysfunctional.

The energy is absorbed from old seminal fluid, not wasted. The body put a lot of effort into the sperm, because nature want our offspring to be as healthy as possible, thats mother nature at its finest. So it takes the most precious chemicals, proteins, nutrients, leaving the man a little poorer afterwards.

There's no living creature on this planet that can ejaculate frequently without suffering a great deal of consequences. Bears are exhausted when they have indulged in mating, and sleep long afterwards. Dogs are severe weakened for every ejaculation they have. Same goes for us.

I'm 17. This is a wake up call for a guy who has wasted his seed excessively from the last 3 years.
    But is there still hope?
I am not going down the pmo path anymore . I'm meditating, exercising, eating right and trying hard to work towards my life goals.
I just want to know that things can still get right.

    superb clumsy..
i completly agree with your views.
infact u hav written, what i always felt.
    its simple,it is nature's law.
for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction., what you sow so shall u reap.
Nature does not discriminate,it just simply apply its laws.
If we are exploiting, wasting, misusing the energy that nature has bestowed on us,we will surely face the consequences.

Ofcourse you can heal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're only 17! Damnit, you are so young. This can be your last chance, if you quit now you will be 100% restored undoubtedly. Quit, reform, exercise, eat well. In just some months you would be restored I think.

Dont worry man, you will heal.

Mental benefits of obeying to natural laws:

    1. You wont search for self-gratification
    2. You will be strong and brave
    3. You will be proud - and everyone will see it.
    4. Nature will give you success - trust it, believe in it. Just follow its laws and you will have a happy life.
    5. You will live more in the present.
    6. You will have stronger resistance to bad events, feelings or diseases.
    7. You will feel good feelings more intensively.
    8. You will feel like a man, and women will see you as a real man.
    9. If you ever get kids, your kids will adore you.
    10. You will be creative.
    11. You will feel a great deal of joy to be alive.
    12. You will have more self-confidence.
    13. You will age in harmony.
    14. You will get rid of any unnatural thinking because unnatural thinking are always caused by unnatural violations like drugs, masturbation.
    15. You will get everything, you don't see your life as a puzzle anymore.
    16. Your will is sharp and strong, you will never doubt your will.
    17. You will develop true empathy, both towards yourself and others.
    18. Life will flow with you, not against you.
    19. You will feel more intense emotions and a mental clarity you haven't had since you were a kid.
    20. This list is endless, because only success awaits the person that obey the laws of nature.

Yeah I don't worry about my pied anymore either.
I had done 70 days once in the past and I was actually recovering and becoming normal but I threw it away with relapses and realized how serious the addiction is. I am unsure of whether I heal or not and I intend to journal for the whole year because addiction can be a sleeping monster and can suddenly catch up to you unexpectedly.

    I'm focusing on my life.
