    • Well, where do I start?
I always knew PMO was detrimental in my health and welbeing but I didnt know how to stop. 30 days ago I discovered a video on the benefits on quting PMO and that led me to this community: Nofap.

    • What PMO did to me.
Depression and the constant feeling that I was worthless was what PMO burdened on me. I knew it was time to quit and it worked. I never knew that I would last this long on NoFap and its amazing that I did. I used to PMO whenever I had time and sometimes even regect going out with family and friends just to PMO. Loneliness just made my addiction worse and worse. I still cant believe I used to think Porn was Nice even though i knew its effects. I saw girls as sex objects and I started to seek out more Hardcore pornograghy as regular porn was as exciting to me anymore. Sex was the only thing i would think about and the brain fog made it difficult to operate in a normal situation (i.e: School). I knew I was digging my own grave at such a young age and I knew i had my whole life in front of me and I could allow PMO to destroy it.

    • How I stopped PMO
If anyone is reading this struggling to keep onto NoFap, I have one trick that did it for me. Write down all the ambitions you have in life and all the wonderfull things you would want to accomplish in your lifetime. Take a moment and think if all these ambitons and goals you would want to reach are possible when you are addicted to PMO. PMO destroys your life and that was enough for me to quit. The first few days were hard but i always knew i was on the correct path. "Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion" - Mohammed Ali.

    • Changes I feel after 30 days of Nofap.
    • Depression is gone
    • More free time.
    • I see Girls as human beings and not sex objects
    • Flashbacks are getting rarer and Brain fog is nearly non-exsistant.
    • Self-esteem is growing in terms of knowing my own self worth.

    • Future goals on NoFap
Nofap is going to be a permenant change in my life and i see no reason on changing that. The changes i experineced are just too powerful to ignore. What I really want to improve is my self-confidence when in social settings. Im really shy and I'm a introvert which is totally okay but i just want to improve my confidence and self-esteem. I have plans starting to go to the GYM when i hit 16 so im really excited for that. ;) My next Nofap goal is 60 days.

    • Conclusion
I just want to thank everyone who helped me on my nofap journey here : @2525 @IGY @HappyDaysAreHereAgain are just a few of the many people who inspired me to hit my goals. NoFap is amazing and life changing but to those who are strugling, watch the video bellow. It just cemented my belief in NOFAP. #FuckPMO

  6. That is what is so great about this community. We are not a community by default (because we are 'all in the same boat'). No, we are a community of like-minded individuals. This is a community of self improvement and recovery. To see a mid-teens guy making a success of this is so gratifying. Because all your dreams and ambitions are truly opened up to you.

Just a quiet word of caution. When I was new to this process, I kept failing at 28 days, precisely. It was because I put a lot of store in completing weekly goals, so 4x1 week seemed like a big milestone. So having reached 30 days, be careful you do not get lazy and fail to apply all the things that have worked for you at this point. It can be quickly lost, so take care.

Thanks for the advice man. As usual I took this accomplishment a lot bigger than it really is and started to reduce the activities that helped me get here in the first place (i.e: Walking daily). I never thought of weekly goals, so thank you for suggesting that :)

    Congats! Keep going!

It's a blessing that people in your age can join and be inspired by this community at the beginning of their lifes. I wish I had found it years ago. Btw, the message of the interview you shared, is very powerfull. It is sad but also a great warning as I just lost a streak of 64 days.

When you hit sixteen? So you are 15? You are so far ahead of the game I had no desire to change at 15 I didn't want to be outgoing or confident cause it looked hard and intimidating now I look back on my teens with a bit of regret like if I started then what I'm just now starting to do my late teens till now would have been much better not they were horrible but you know what I mean

A few months ago I also didnt want to be outgoing and confident but I thought of what would i be like if i continued to be like this. Would I be a good father? Or would i even be able to have a girlfriend? These questions made me stop PMO. Dont regret the past bro. You cant change the past but you can change the future

Exactly how would I ever raise a kid and guide them through self esteem issues, if I refuse to do anything about my own and I want to be a therapist so I really need to get it together and I am getting it together plus I'm still young, but I just look back to high school and remember other people and how much fun they had and feel like I missed out for no good reason

    Smart words, thx for that!
The cause was spread among oneitis, over-thinking, depressive thoughts mixed altogether with hangover. Only bad things.
