Hey guys. I need some advice to go longer without pmoing. My average days I can go without it are between 5-7 days but I want to go longer. Any tips you guys can give me?

Stoping counting days has helped me, and just ignoring/avoiding triggers on social media and TV.

Give yourself a reward for every complete month you go without P, M, or O. Let's say you would kind of like to have a new laptop, or new bike, or anything.

If you go a full 30 days .... credit yourself 1/12th of a laptop. Go another 30 days, 2/12th of a laptop, etc.

You also need a plan to avoid a binge if you have ruined a month. So you don't say " shit may as well FAP every day this month, and start over". So if you relapse 2x in a month, take away a credit. If you had 2/12th of a laptop, reduce it to 1/12th.

It sounds stupid, but it does add a bit of motivation. When your brains starts thinking about fapping, you need to give it a reason Why NOT to Fap. And a better life in the distant future is sometimes hard for your brain to get motivated for. So short term treats and goals can help.

Habits form in a loop: cue - routine - reward

Successfully changing a habit requires three things:
    - identify your cues
    - replace the routine with something else
    - get reward from doing the new routine

You can apply this to any habit behaviour. The people who successfully beat addictions are those who have planned out every detail - they have a detailed relapse prevention strategy for dealing with triggers and urges.

Urges feel awful but it can be helpful to remember that the average urge lasts less than 10 minutes. If you can plan out something to do that's distracting for when urges hit. A walk or run is good because it gets you away from the computer and also gives reward in itself. One strategy that may be helpful is to say "if this urge is still there in 15 minutes, I'll act on it". The other thing to remember is that porn may be all you can think about if you've seen a trigger but a day or two later it'll be forgotten again.

Use the emergency button as well - it does really help to give some motivation when times are tough.

Have you deleted all social media yet, and found a replacement for them? (And have you found your replacement for porn, too?)

My key replacement of those things is...shitposting browsing the NoFap forums!

In my opinion when the urges are strong try to think differently, or open NoFap if possible just try to divert your mind by doing anything else. Me myself also relasped here you check it (https://www.NoFap.com/forum/index.php?threads/stucked-and-confused-help-needed.85109/) if you relaspe then and there try to discuss it with fellow NoFappers here, you will believe it or not at 1st place I just followed this site I didn't signup but when I replasped after 70 days that day without giving 2nd thought I signed up here and post my problem, then fellow NoFappers came to my aid and this is the best thing about my relaspe that I signed up here. Then I realised much more comfortable communicating here, saw how people are trying to help me. See till now I have realised that our ways of rebooting will be different but various insights from others are helpful in many ways. Like 1st of all before I was much serious with my days and counter but then a fellow Fapstronaut advised me not to get obsessed with the counter , that helped (check the REPLY here). I am providing some ways but remember I am not some great personality pointing out your mistakes or joting down fullproof ways but ways I realised or could have taken when I relapsed but you can see it, then plan accordingly becasuse everyone has a different way.

My urges were very strong at the 68th day but I failed at day no 70.When the urges are strong these ways might help
    • Try to think of a song you love or watch a movie
    • Immidiately open NoFap and check out the Rebooting and Success Stories Section this will bring you positivity, don't check the Relaspe section as you can think or I thought Its not a failure to relapse as you can bounce back, this is good but if you make it a habit of bouncing back frequently then you will go nowhere believe I have ruined myself by this in my career and life also not just the porn side.
    • I make a counter of my days by just writing the date and then whether I fapped or not, how this helped me like I mentioned beforehand that my urges begun strongly at day no 68 then I opened the document where was keeping my log then I saw that I had managed to stay Fapping free for 68 days, but you may tell that you relasped but I relapsed at day no 70 I was able to get hold by seeing that 68 days streak and it helped me to go more 2 days, BUT PLEASE DON'T GET OBSESSED WITH THE COUNTER. The counter thing you can write it down anywhere in a notebook or any place else where you feel comfortable.
    • If possible get out quickly hang out with friends or just take a brisk walk, run, play or just do anything OUTDOORS.
    • Take up a exercise routine it doesn't have to big but brisk walk, running, jogging anything that suits you.
    • You can reward yourself or celebrate in a little way when you achieve your streak by eating food you love or anything else keep it short and simple.
    • This may sound harsh or negative to you but in my opinion eliminating triggers is not possible or in my ways it's not possible but try hard to ignore them because when you will be back triggers will always be present IGNORE THEM STRATEGICALLY.
Another thing is that this may not sound like prevention, precaution but when you replaspe try to talk with other NoFappers elaborately so fellow NoFappers can understand you in a better way and can provide you with ways accordingly.

Don't know if I am able to help you but these are my thoughts, if you any problem with anything written feel free to knock me. Again I am no perfect or great Fapstronaut or neither I am oasis of success but trying to improve myself, I may fail or I may succeed.
Remember to communicate here because someone will help you. Days will come when you will give advice to me or others on different matters.
