You relapsed and i know how do you feel because i did it too.

    Shame,tired,irascible,bad mood,anxiety,anger.

You hate yourself to fail again.

And what i learned??? I learned that when this sites said that you have to remove all digital stimulation, means that YOU HAVE THE REMOVE ALL DIGITAL STIMULATION.

Its crazy but even talking with girls on your mobile phone, you are thinking about sex and that causes me to have boners and triggers, only talking with girls on whatsapp.AVOID THAT.

Then i feel lonely and i started to use Tinder to have a real date with a real women.Completely bullshit.Your brain thinks about having sex or no having sex with that pixels meanwhile you are clicking and swipping.ITS A TRAP!

P wire is activated again, you have more and more triggers, then comes the flashbacks, and you are f***ked.

Now its important to know that a relapse doesnt means that you are lost again.

Just imagine that you are going to the gym 120 days for example, eating healthy, meditating, cold showers (is what the fapstronauts do) and one day you eat a lot of junk food during the day, pizzas,burgers,coca-cola,sugar,snacks,chips...

Of course you will gain some fat but no to much because its only 1 day! With relapses are the same!

One day doesnt mean nothing, if you do 2 weeks thats more heavy, but 1 or 2 days? Are you kidding me? So dont freak out, and continue the journey as day zero but knowing that in reality on your brain is not day zero.

    Peace.

Yeah i have a lot of confidence on myself, and i failed like a newbie. Its important to avoid all digital stimulation, even talking with girls on the phone can cause triggers becuase you fantasize about P scenarios.

i relapsed. but you could explain this:

So dont freak out, and continue the journey as day zero but knowing that in reality on your brain is not day zero.

After relapsing i watched porn, did binge masturbation. n now have reset the counter. i was clean for 13 days. what does my brain is not day zero mean?

Totally dude! I relapsed over a month ago due to instagram. On occasion I'd stumble upon pictures that where triggers. I've stopped the instagram madness and it's been soooo much easier and I am not even tempted.

I mean that your counter has to be to zero again.

But on your brain is not day zero, on your brain is different.Your brain needs a lot of days to change, one relapse doesnt mean anything.

So relax and continue the journey as nothing happened.

  7. Yes this is much more complicated then people think. Intense, intimate chats with women other than your spouse, high carb comfort food, alcohol, tv, phones, computers. I never used to be like this but during a time of stress i started abusing all of them.

Spot on! It's what brought me down. Start with The Chive, then look at some girl from one of their galleries instagram, some guy says she has nudes so you go there then next thing you know you're back at it again. Can't just break one link in that chain, you gotta NOT START THE CHAIN PERIOD!
