day 57 - first sex!!!

    hey guys, 58 days ago i started PMO HARDMODE!! for the very first time of my life, had an monsteres ED and DE and sometimes premature O
    now for the past 6 monts im kinda dating a girl and she was virgin (she 18 im 20) and she wanted to have sex a long time ago and i just couldn't! my ED made me incompatent and it felt horobble when a girl tells you she want you and you have to come up with excuses as to why its not the time..when i was 21 days in the challenge i tried and it didnt work..it was totally soft bhaa..

You should practise daily aerobics and light-duty exercises (at least), and take herbal multivitamin complexes (such as Hawaiian spirulina or black seed oil) that will go a long way in repairing you from the penile damages of lifelong PMO addiction. You need to pump yourself with the blood into your pelvic muscles in more conventional ways. I also find drinking a warm, big glass of milk every day helps with erection strength.

    tnx dude..i actually workout hard at the gym regulary for 7-8 months now..started playing basketball month ago and where do i get this multi-vitamins and the other stuff you mentioned?

    ohh and i do PC muscle exercises almost daily
     
  4. One of your local or city-based specialist health food shop or supplement nutrition stores should have them, or look them up online. Your local chemists would have normal multivitamin supplements, but not the organic ones that I have mentioned: Hawaiian spirulina, Black seed oil or black seed capsules. Fish oil is also good stuff.

    Porn makes people more sexually frustrated, not satiated; and then, less people enjoy real sexual contact while more and more turn to the virtual counterpart. It's an epidemic problem that society has encouraged out of its hypocrisy of civilisation (you know, everybody, in day to day life pretends that they're fine, all is cool) but as soon as single people return homebase, they turn to their computers and return to drugging themselves. Porn addiction has now become more prevalent than any other kinds of addictions... This is expected when society turns young men and women into working machines and deprive them of being able to connect in relationships (outside of the weekends club scenes where people drink, dance and drop like maniacs). The sooner the parents, society and young adults themselves stop pretending that they're all angelic/civilised beings the better hope there is for real interactions, loving and sexual relationships, and lesser demand there would be for pornography.
