90 days porn & fap free.

Discussion in 'Success Stories' started by Zen Meister, Oct 29, 2015.

  1. Can't beleive I'm actually on 90 days. But the number of days is no longer of any great importance to me. I seem more focused on getting things done and actually living life as opposed to accumulating days on nofap, before nofap I was pretty much a procrastinator and I was living quite a sedentary lifestyle. What I can say is 90days made me feel more human, I am a bit more engaged with people instead of walking around like a zombie just nodding till they shut up so I can go about my business. The women see me more as a sex object now lol, they check out my body, this was before I even started working out 3 times a week... nofap seems to increase your testosterone for faster muscle gains and I can attest to that as I feel stronger with each lift and I intend on increasing the weights next week. I no longer have to try so hard, I just smile much more easily, and I have a dimples in my cheeks which wasn't present before... I barely have any nerves whatsoever, which is amazing considering how anxious I was in social situation prior to nofap. It's mind boggling, but my porn urges are gone, cant remember last time I thought of watching porn but I do have urges when ever I think of some of my go 2 hot pornstars I used to watch, I tell my brain "no don't you go there" when I think about their juicy asses. I have to condition my self to only respond to real life asses. When you abstained from porn and fapping, the average women start to become more attractive to you and not entirely in a sexual way. but obviously go for your type. I'm loving the confidence I have now. I'm 3 weeks into martial arts and its tough but the energy I have now helps me stick it out, apparently it'll take me atleast 2 years to be good in Muay Thai but Im enjoying the process, I don't care how long it takes for me to become a hard badass warrior, Im just happy that its part of my lifestyle now.

Just had to check in after a long time. NoFap is no longer the main point in my life. But this is where my recovery process started, and I think I should continue updating everyone and hopefully be an inspiration to anyone. I'm already prepared for the 120 day milestone and I'm excited to see what I discover then but it will be in the back of my mind, I quit smoking cigarettes, weed and drinking alcohol 4 years ago to live a straight edge for the betterment of my life in all aspects but I don't even think about the number of days which I quit, maybe just the years but this way I no longer associate myself with those drugs so I hopefully I can do the same with nofap and get off that counter crutch.

    Hi,
    Thanks for sharing.
At the same pace, just finished 90 days reboot standard mode but although i can not say it changed my life upside down i am clearly more easily dealing with the urges of masturbating or fucking. Was wandering what to do next? Was searching for inspiration on the forum untill i stumbled on your post. Let's go for 120, maybe things will open up afterwards...

  5. I'm nearly day 70 now and i must say i have no thoughts of knocking a sly one out at all. either to the imagination or to P. And I'm writing this after a night on the beer too. my commitment is there even after the thoughts "could" be set free... IF i wanted them to... fuck that. I never want to PMO again... 32 years is long enough for me.

  7. Glad people can be inspired by my journey, I find that I'm more relatable to those who are within the 10-70 range. I'd also like to mention that Im on hard mode, which I hadn't realised till 2 months of nofap after reading the glossary but I had been on that mode unknowingly but I've mentioned before in another thread that its within my nature to push myself to a higher level if I able to. Its also worth mentioning that after 90 days, you may still get urges, fatigue and other sorts of symptoms which were obstacles during your reboot, maybe this means that you need more time for reboot or maybe that means that its another issue perhaps with your lifestyle or diet or both. Realistically, nofap will do nothing if you think it will do nothing for you... people call that placebo, I call it a awake up call, and I think thats a benefit itself, Im sure somewhere down your life you've always heard people telling people to "wake up" well I think thats where Im at right now, waking up from the matrix in a metaphorical sense. How so you may ask? Well I wouldn't be doing most of the things I'm doing now in terms of self improvement if it wasn't for nofap, so I credit semen retention for waking me up from my slumber in deep regression. I train my body now, I train my mind and Im ready to train my soul spiritually. And thats the biggest "super power" you get and sure if just sitting around waiting for 90 days you will see effects like changes in face and posture, confidence but without action and training and repetition in your desired pursuits you'll be in the same place.

After that will be trying to get into a new career and also start businesses and projects, these are just some of goals I have and hopefully I can apply the discipline I've cultivated here in all areas of my life.

You can do anything if you put your mind to it.
