    1. I'm grateful for self-motivation. Today I went to the gym without my usual gym partner and friend. It's a major breakthrough. Also, got out of bed at 6am for the second day in a row.
    2. I'm grateful for tinder like app called Dil Mil. This app is like tinder but for Asian people. This increases my chances to match with a girl with a similar culture.
    3. I'm grateful for learning. Today I learnt how to cook home-style curry.

    1. I'm grateful for being single again. When one door closes, another one opens. It was fun while it lasted, and it stings a little to see it go, but I've learned my lessons, undergone my necessary growth, and it's time to move on to new places.
    2. I'm grateful for all the posts in this thread. Scrolling through the posts about what everyone else is grateful for often makes me aware of the things I'm not expressing enough gratitude for myself. I'm sure others here have this same experience.. you come to write your post, and initially it might take a minute to even think what things you want to express gratitude for. It's like we're so used to taking things for granted that it takes us a moment to really see what we have.
    3. I'm grateful for the dance that is life. At every moment the universe is in constant flux, evolving, changing. We are too, and it is that change that makes life an infinitely valuable experience.

    1. I am grateful that we are all alive. While walking to the gym today I noticed so many people. Young Asian guys on their cellphones, middle-aged Persian women with their babies, chubbier people, thinner people, people who walked up straight and smiled and shyer people who walked with their eyes facing the ground. It's amazing. There are so many people alive and they are all so different. The fact that we're so different excites me. There are good people out there and there are a lot of bad people out there but if we take out the good and the bad and just look at the diversity of life you can see how amazing it is, the spectrum of possibility is astonishing.

    2. I am grateful for my ability to feel things. I am mean this in the physical sense more so much I am also glad for the fact that I have not become emotionally numb in my life, so I guess this is a two for one gratitude. Coming back from the gym today where I was able to push myself a bit more than usual I found that my arms were shaking and my body was quivering. I could feel my body. Sure it's not a comfortable feeling but it's the reminder of how good things will feel later on and looking at it that way at least makes me feel lighter, it makes me feel good about the pain.

    3. I am grateful for frozen dark cherries. Today all of my gratitudes sort of revolve around the recent events revolving around my visit to them gym, haha. After a short walk to the gym on a hot day, a hard push at the old irons, an equally hot but more so sweaty walk back to my house, I'm greeted in the freezer by a small bowl of pitted frozen dark cherries. A healthy sweet and refreshing snack to enjoy as I'm sitting down to type out my gratitudes of the day. It's the little things guys.

    1. I'm grateful for saliva. It helps digest stuff, keep my mouth moist, and a variety of other things.
    2. I am grateful for oxidative phosphorylation. Without this biochemical process, none of us would be alive.
    3. I am grateful for bees. Without bees, we wouldn't have honey. Don't even talk to me about how bad that would be.

    1. I'm grateful for having bought that book of Tony Robbins 6 years ago. It completly changed the way I live today.
    2. I'm grateful for having stopped smoking years ago. At first it looks like loosing some pleasure but it's totally the opposite.
    3. I'm grateful to have met my wife. Even if it's not always easy for both of us she gave me two beautiful daughters and I love her.

1- I'm grateful that I'm finally leaving my town to start anew.
2-I'm grateful that I started the NoFap challenge.
3-I'm grateful that I'm seeing results from my excercises.

    1. I'm grateful for how quickly my body is growing. Just compared a pic from 7 weeks ago to a pic from now. 7 weeks ago I looked like some skinny dude fresh out of some North Korean concentration camp. Now I'm still small/skinny but I actually feel comfortable with how my body looks (which I really didn't then). That's in just 7 weeks, so I can only imagine the improvement I'll see over the rest of my bulk.
    2. I'm grateful for RSD. Tyler's stuff is great especially right after a breakup. Got me back motivated and feeling good about myself again.
    3. I'm grateful for being born in the UK and getting the accent. Girls outside of the UK seem to love it, which is great because I tend to like their accents too.

    1. I'm grateful for my shorts. My shorts arrived today, so happy.
    2. I'm grateful for protein powder/shakes. It helps me add mass and help rebuild muscles.
    3. I'm grateful for chairs. Takes the weight of your feet after day's walking.

    1. I'm very grateful for my new earbuds. They are sooo much better than my old ones!
    2. I'm very grateful to my Past Self. Past Self has sacrificed much and put in heaps of effort to make Present Me who I am: daily runs, daily cold showers, daily stretching, daily vitamins, daily Spanish practice, daily healthy breakfasts, etc.
    3. I'm very grateful for my tinted moisturizer. It helps cover up my dermatitis on days when it flares up, and makes my skin look smoother.

    1. I am grateful for the smell of seaweed. Today it was Canada Day so my Mom and I went by to the docks. We spotted a weird black bird among the ducks and so I sat on the dock for a moment to see it pop back up after it went to dive down. Being closer to the water brought about this slight oceanic pungent smell that for a long time made me think of just bad fish smell from the sea, thinking about it not it's the smell of healthy algae! What a weird smell and yet such a distinct part of the ocean, showing that the ecosystem is healthy enough to have oxygen producing plants.

    2. I'm grateful for the apartment I live in. In the town where I study I live in a house as opposed to the apartment I am currently living in with my parents. For some reason whether its summer or winter the house always seems a bit more shabby and less 'weather-proof" than the apartment. It feels like the walls aren't as thick or as secure. In the apartment I feel more comfortable and at home. I'm grateful for the security of buildings and that I don't have to live out on the streets where I would be at the mercy of the elements.

    3. I'm grateful for goosebumps and music. Another two-fer today! I felt like I couldn't just say I'm grateful for goosebumps because I do like them but this gratitude came from looking at the guitar that I still play very poorly. This gratitude comes from when you listen to the sweet low vibrating bass in a song that just makes you inhale deeper and makes your skin all prickly. This gratitude is towards the music that is withing every one of us. I am grateful that music exists and that no matter where in the world there is some type of music and it brings people together in one way or another.

    1. I'm grateful for visiting my wife's family. They are so cool.
    2. I'm grateful for running my own business and being an independant for 7 years now. Even if it's not always easy, it's the way I wan't to live.
    3. I'm grateful for feeling more and more energetic day after day.

    1. I'm grateful spending time with my family. While away at university, for the most part, being at home has loads of perks!
    2. I'm grateful for going to the gym. I went to the gym by myself again and worked on the legs. In the past, my constant negative mind chatter would persuade myself not to go.
    3. I'm grateful for abundance. I constantly get opportunities coming into my existence. I may not see them but there are always there.

    1. I'm grateful for Gary Wilson and all the amazing work he's done. If it weren't for him, I would have never discovered the science behind porn addiction and taken steps to rid myself of it. Thank you so much Gary!
    2. I'm grateful for the NoFap community. The support from my NoFap brothers and sisters has been incredible. Such a culture of solidarity and mutual aid here. Thanks everybody!
    3. I'm grateful for my diary. It provides me with the opportunity to transfer my thoughts to paper, to teach myself to think more optimistically (by consistent writing), and to be more kind and decent to myself during times of suffering. My diary has helped me so much in so many countless ways.

    1. I am grateful for warms showers. In parts of the world you have to wait for such a long time for your water to heat up or sometimes you can't even shower with warm water at all. I can shower with a comfortable temperature of water and scrub myself clean and comfy. No need to endure frozen showers unless I want to.

    2. I am grateful for a soft bed and the ability to sleep. I've never had an issue with falling asleep if I'm tired and I always in enjoy laying around in bed, maybe a bit too much haha! Challenge for tomorrow? Appreciate the bed more by being in it less :) Do some work so that when I end up in bed at the end of the day I can just melt into a puddle of joy.

    3. I am grateful for the ability to smell. There was a time where I was hit with a really bad flu and I wasn't able to smell anything. It also took away from a lot of my taste. Right now I'm laying in bed and I can smell my Mom cooking some eggplants in the oven, a sort of meaty, chary smell. I'm so glad that I have the ability to smell these things, to smell cinnamon on a distant breeze from a bakery, to smell the gross sweat of the change room at the gym, to smell the scent of lilacs where they grow. Smell is such a sense that we keep in the back of our minds but it gets logged in our memories so much.

    1. I'm grateful for this morning run in the nature.
    2. I'm grateful for french cheeses.
    3. I'm grateful for being able to read and speak in english even with a low level.

    1. I'm grateful to my body for getting stronger. The amounts I'm lifting are still comparatively small to even the average beginner, but I've made significant progress vs my own previous stats, and that's what counts. It feels great to get stronger.
    2. I'm grateful for visualisation. It's a very powerful tool in goal-setting, but it's when weight-lifting that I've seen its real power come out. After failing a set today and not even getting close to getting a single rep out, I used visualisation to my advantage - imagined myself making several full reps, then tried again, and bam I managed 2 more sets out.
    3. I'm grateful for change. It brings new things into my life, and presents me with new challenges and things to work on.
    4. I'm grateful for the people who make playlists on YouTube. Saves me having to make my own workout playlists.
    5. I'm grateful for the show Narcos. Really enjoying the show so far, and it's nice to have something new to watch since I'd run out of episodes of everything else I'd been watching.
    6. I'm grateful for the new and interesting people I'm meeting and getting to know. Despite my social anxiety, it is the presence of other people in my life that makes everything worth it.
Yes I did 6, that's because I didn't post here yesterday. Making up for that now ;)

    * I'm grateful to myself for having gone beyond 90 days of NoFap now. It's been a bumpy road with some close shaves, but man I'm glad I've gone through with it. And imma keep going, foreva eva, and eva eva.

    * I've spent this weekend with my family. It was great seeing them, I'm grateful for that.
