    Is staying naked one of the triggers to PMO?
    so we should be covered up as much as possible?

    It's about peoples individual triggers.

    Mine is staying in bed in the mornings and having access to internet if i'm in bed.

    Just depends on you.

    I like walking around the house naked though.
