I have a situation that I need to deal with....in 3 weeks i go to the himmilayas

    I am about a month into the NoFap journy. My longest hard mode was 21 days when I had a wet dream, and at some point after that I fapped.

    I am going backpacking on the 21st and I really do not want to have a wet dream in my sleeping bag. Tonight will be the last time I am with my gf before she leaves. I am worried that 21 days from now if I do not masturbate I will be having a wet dream in my sleeping bag and I will have to sleep in it for the entire 38 day trip.

    I am fairly sure I am going to fap before I leave, bc 38 days without it will be long enough for all that to be built up. Worried if I don't fap when I get back I will get my gf pregnant too...what should I do about all of this?

    I think you just have to accept the possibility of having a wet-dream in your sleeping bag dog. If you do, frankly it's not the end of the world. A 38 days hiking trip in the Himalayas, shit man, that's awesome. I was on a 15 day hiking trip this summer and on day 2 I had a wet dream in the sleeping bag. What did I do?... I rolled up my bag, hiked, then unpacked it and never really thought of it much.

    What I think you should do about all of this...?? Just take a deep breath man. Come back to the moment. All your worries seem to be about things that are going to happen for a long time. Cross those bridges when you come to them. In the mean time, do what you can. Just stay diligent with nofap. Relax. breath. It's all gonna be alright dog.

    Super jealous about your trip though dog.
