        @Elduderino Absolutely. It's all part of the motions; you're denying your pleasure receptors after all. Also, I've been doing it on easy mode so the withdrawal side effects weren't as strong.

      If you're disciplined against triggers, "Hot Girls Wanted" is an excellent documentary that shows how disgusting the porn industry is.

        I just watched it on Youtube. I was really on the fence about whether or not I felt sorry about those girls - they knew what they were getting into, and there is a reason they get paid good money for selling their bodies like that. I really didn't learn much, I always knew the industry was as horrible as depicted in the documentary.

        I'm sure they didn't know to what extreme they would put themselves through. It also gives firsthand perspective on how the industry works as a whole as opposed to hearsay and that good money they made didn't amount to much in the end. They're left with just as much as they started with if not less with a ruined reputation that will stick with them for a long time.
