My Daily Affirmation

    I say this everyday and I often will leave it at the end of a post.

    "I did not masturbate today and I'm sure as hell not going to fap tomorrow. I do not masturbate anymore. I live life to the fullest, as the fullest. I am pure energy, master of my mind, body and emotions."

    such a amazing line to remember, i dont know how much of seeds have i wasted which might have been a creaative stuff that i could hve build in !!!

    From my readings of NLP and other psychological related studies, stating things you do not want are not beneficial since the mind can only process things in the affirmative. For example, when quitting smoking, you don't think about "not smoking," since that requires thinking about smoking. Thinking about being healthy is much better. With that in mind, I'd change the affirmation to:

    I live life to the fullest, as the fullest. I am pure energy, master of my mind, body and emotions. I perpetually choose virtue.

    Don't think about a pink elephant. ;)
